Privacy overview
- The App is designed to perform its core media processing on your Windows device.
- Media-source requests are sent directly from your device to the relevant third-party source.
- Microsoft processes Store acquisition, licensing, and payment information.
- A free tier may use Liftoff Monetize / Vungle for advertising, which involves third-party data processing.
- Information you voluntarily send for support is received and used to respond to you.
1. Scope and data controller
This Privacy Policy applies to MediaKit (the “App”). The developer and publisher responsible for the App is Individual Entrepreneur “YUGOV” (ИП “ЮГОВ”), operating in Kazakhstan (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Divoria is the developer website and brand; it is not the legal name of the business.
This Policy covers information handled by the App, information you choose to send us, and relevant processing by Microsoft Store and an advertising provider. Third-party media services have their own privacy practices.
2. Information stored locally on your device
Depending on the features you use and the released App configuration, the App may store the following information locally on your Windows device:
- download or processing history, such as submitted URLs, media titles, chapter information, timestamps, status, selected options, filenames, and destination paths;
- application preferences, such as output folder, format, quality, theme, language, and notification choices;
- local diagnostic logs used to troubleshoot errors; and
- a cached Microsoft Store license or entitlement state.
This information is used to provide App functionality and remains on the device unless you choose an action that sends information elsewhere, such as requesting data from a third-party media source or sending a support message. Locally stored information can generally be removed through available App controls or by uninstalling the App, subject to normal Windows behavior and any files you saved outside the App’s private data area.
3. Information received by the developer
The App does not require a developer-operated account for its core functionality. We receive information when you intentionally contact us, such as your email address, message, and any diagnostic details or attachments you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations.
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, cookies, payment-card details, or media files unless we specifically request information that is necessary and you are legally permitted to provide it.
4. Connections to third-party media sources
When you submit a media URL, the App connects from your device to the relevant supported third-party source to request metadata or media. That source may receive the URL or resource identifier requested, your IP address, request headers, device or network information normally associated with an internet request, and any information required by the source for the request.
We do not operate the third-party source and do not control its collection, retention, or use of information. Review the source’s terms and privacy policy before using it. The App is not intended to bypass DRM, authentication, paywalls, or other access restrictions.
5. Microsoft Store licensing and payments
If you acquire the App or purchase Premium functionality through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft processes Store account, transaction, payment, tax, licensing, and entitlement information under Microsoft’s own terms and privacy statement. The App may receive and locally cache license or entitlement information needed to determine which features are available. We do not receive your full payment-card details through the App.
6. Advertising in a free tier
A free tier may display advertising supplied through Liftoff Monetize / Vungle. When the advertising integration is active, Liftoff and its demand partners may use SDKs, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect or receive advertising data.
| Data category | Examples and purposes |
|---|---|
| Device and network data | May include IP address, internet provider, device identifiers, device type or characteristics, operating system, language settings, connection information, and approximate location derived from available signals. |
| Usage and ad-engagement data | May include ads shown or clicked, activity associated with ad delivery, app or SDK version, performance, diagnostics, and related event information. |
| Preferences and advertising information | May be used to deliver or personalize ads where permitted, measure performance, attribute outcomes, improve services, prevent fraud, and comply with law. |
The precise data available depends on the released SDK version, Windows capabilities, configuration, region, and your choices. Liftoff may share advertising data with demand partners and service providers involved in ad delivery, bidding, measurement, attribution, security, and fraud prevention.
The advertising integration is designed not to intentionally send Liftoff the media URL you pasted, media or chapter titles, download history, downloaded filenames or files, or local destination paths.
Learn more in Liftoff’s Privacy Policy. Available choices for interest-based advertising are described on Liftoff’s opt-out page. Where applicable law requires consent for advertising data or tracking technologies, the released App must present the required choice before that processing begins.
7. Diagnostic logs and support
The App may create diagnostic logs locally to identify technical problems. Logs are not intended to contain passwords, authentication tokens, cookies, or unnecessary personal information. They are not automatically sent to us unless the released App expressly says otherwise. If you choose to send a log or support package, review it first and remove information you do not want to share.
8. Data retention
Local App data remains on your device until it is deleted through available App or Windows controls, the App is uninstalled, or the data is otherwise removed by the operating system. Files exported to a folder you select remain there until you delete them.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, protect legal rights, and meet legal obligations. Microsoft, third-party media sources, and Liftoff apply their own retention practices to information they process.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent for personal information we control. These rights are subject to applicable law and may not apply in every circumstance.
- Use available App or Windows controls to manage or delete locally stored App data.
- Use Microsoft account and Store controls for Microsoft-processed purchase and account data.
- Use Liftoff’s privacy and opt-out tools for Liftoff-processed advertising data.
- Email us at sergey.yugov@divoria.fun about information we control.
10. International processing
Microsoft, third-party media sources, Liftoff, and their partners or service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices describe their processing locations and safeguards. Information you send to us may be processed in Kazakhstan and wherever our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the App and the information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your Windows account, device, and exported files.
12. Children’s privacy
The App is a general-purpose desktop media utility and is not directed to or marketed specifically at children. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children through a developer-operated account. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can assess and address the request under applicable law.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the App, third-party integrations, or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required for a material change. A feature that materially changes data processing should not be released until this Policy and any required notices or choices are updated.
